What We Offer
Our comprehensive package includes:
- Conduct a 1st Inspection to identify defects in the property
- Prepare and submit reports to developers
- Conduct a 2nd (Joint) Inspection with developers and follow up with them to run through the defects
- 3rd (Final) Inspection after rectification works are done and completed by the developer
- If the final inspection still finds problem, we will continue to submit report and follow up until the rectification work is completed at no additional charge
